Kind of a digital nomad

Digital nomads are those who work from anywhere in the world and can earn some serious money while doing so. There are sites about it and until the internet really took off, you could work that way, but communication was not as easy. Back in the mid 1990's I had a 17 inch Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop and Canon scanner which was the same size. They both, will all the bits and pieces, fitted into this Belkin bag that I could carry on my shoulder and work anywhere. Some times it was in a cafe or even the clients meeting table. As a travel blogger I am, in a way, a digital nomad. Also I wrote my own blog software which can also be website with a blog for business awareness websites. I've done some stuff for a few people while on the road and will do a site for a small business to earn a bit of cash in hand.

With that all in mind I decided to start a post about the places I am working from for the blog and other stuff that is being done. The range of facilities are as they happen and some places can be dire. This article will be added to over the years.....

This is in the room I rented in Tanja, Maroc. Talk about constrictions. I had to put my camera in the desk drawer to hook up and download the images. My laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad, military spec, 13.3 inches and with all it's bits weighs under 4 lbs.

As it is, when it is.
